Lost Friends, the debut album from Middle Kids is vulnerable, hopeful, and satisfying. But without any challenges, it might be too perfect for its own good.
Bottom line: Erase Me is not an Underoath record. Same band name, because that is what everyone knows them as, but if I am being honest, this sounds a lot more like the second Sleepwave record. Screamo is officially dead, and Underoath get that. But, I just cannot get into this.
Slow Code call themselves a "Seattle WA-based dirge-punk power trio. Overcaffeinated, pensive, dissonant". I couldn't agree with that description more.
Timeshares put out a classic record in Already Dead that I would not only recommend to lovelorn strangers, but to anyone who loves authentic rock n roll.
Autopilot's Desert Dreams is definitely the perfect musical backdrop to the desert that is the prairies of Saskatchewan; simple, organic, and enjoyable.
